How To Prepare For A Massage At Power Massage

To get the most out of your massage:

We recommend that you drink plenty of fluide(water) both before and after your session.

Limit your use of caffeinated beverages, and beverages or food with a high sugar content, before and after your massage.

Wear or bring loose fitting clothing such as shorts and a tank top. We do have a locker room for your convience. This type of massage does not requier the removeal of clothing. Avoid applying body lotions or creams before your massage. If possible bath or shower before your session.
